Description

Interacid Liquid is an organic acid acidifier in which multiple short chain fatty acids enhance each other's mode of action and work synergistically for better digestive and broad antibacterial results, achieved both in the animal's stomach and small intestines. By reducing the buffer capacity of treated feed, Interacid Liquid rapidly reduces the pH value in the stomach. This creates an optimal environment for the digestion of protein and for the prevention of growth of pathogenic bacteria such as E. coli and Salmonella spp. Increased excretion of pancreatic juices to neutralize the acid substrate entering from the stomach will improve digestion and lead to better feed utilization. In the small intestines, the acids will disrupt the pH homeostasis of pathogenic Enterobacteria, thereby preventing their proliferation and promoting a stable intestinal flora. Interacid Liquid is non-corrosive and fully biodegradable.

Indications

Interacid Liquid is indicated for improved digestive and antibacterial effects, attained through effective action of Interacid Liquid's organic acid mixture in both the animal's stomach and small intestines.

Contra-indications

Do not administer in cases of previous hypersensitivity to any of Interacid Liquid's ingredients.
Interacid Liquid is not intended for use in ruminants.

Dosage and administration

For mixing with feed. The stated amounts are per 1000 kg of finished feed.

Withdrawal period    None.

Store in a dry, cool place in closed containers.
